IV Transactional Seminar takes SABOREA Madeira partners to La Palma

IV Seminário Transacional Saborea

A series of entities from the Autonomous Region of Madeira that are part of the SABOREA MADEIRA project, were present at the IV Transactional Seminar in La Palma, between the 29th of November and the 1st of December, accompanied by Chef Yves Gautier. In this context, the Round Table around the theme “Sustainability and Gastronomy”, followed by a show cooking carried out by 4 Chefs from regions of some partners, stands out. Chef Yves Gautier presented a dish highlighting Madeira cider.

Saborea Madeira is a project supported by the INTERREG MAC 2014-2020 Program which consists of rescuing, reviving and promoting the gastronomic and cultural ties of the Espaço Atlântico Madeira, enhancing the exchange of knowledge and experiences between entities and professionals in each Region.

From Madeira, the following partners are: Commercial and Industrial Association of Funchal – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madeira (ACIF-CCIM), the Association of Casas do Povo of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ACAPORAMA), the Regional Directorate of Madeira, the University da Madeira (UMa) and the Agency for the Promotion of Atlantic Culture (APCA Madeira).
